This special version of our famed 2022 vintage of Barrel-Aged Speedway Stout was aged in uniquely selected premium bourbon barrels featuring coffee from our good friends at Congregation Coffee Roasters out of New Orleans, Louisiana. The Gallop blend is roasted with 70% Guatemalan Alma Caturra and Bourbon varietals and 30% Ethiopian Heirloom varietals from Efram bringing you flavors of red apples, s'mores, and black cherry. As a final touch, we added roasted chicory into the blend lending intense characteristics of wood, earth, and roast to complete the Cajun tradition from the Big Easy.
