Return Policy
Eligible returns and/or exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the item must be defective or damaged upon receipt, unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. Please send your request to webstore@alesmith.com so that we can send you a return shipping label to send back the original item. Upon approval, you will be notified and the refund will begin processing, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment (i.e. credit card) within 3-5 business days.
If for any reason, we are not able to offer the exact same item as a replacement, we will notify and offer you the choice to wait for a reorder of that item or to exchange for a similar item of the same value as replacement. Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary based on distance/location, so it may take some time for us to receive and process items, and for new items to be delivered to the provided address.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you have not received your refund, please contact us at webstore@alesmith.com.
